Mm, I feel the need to point out that the show as a whole is reverting back towards the older versions of the legends - Merlin being Arthur's age or younger, Geoffrey, and Morgana being less of a villain.
I'm not saying she won't, I'm just saying that it's not definitive.
I don't think the writers will be so quick to make the outburst happen under a spell, though - I don't think they would throw away such a great character development like that.
