I normally hate memes, but this one didn't seem too bad, SO...

I know very little about some of the people on my friends list. Some people I know relatively well. But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes office supplies." I'd love it if every single person who's friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal. In return, ask me anything you'd like to know about me and I'll give you an answer.

So, tell me something about yourself, and feel free to ask me anything! I admit, if it involves revealing details about my personal life (i.e. exactly where I live, real name, basically anything that would let someone track me down), I'll probably be vague with my answers in those specific areas. Otherwise, I'll tell you just about anything you want! :)

I'm very indecisive. *nods* I, um, uh, ummmmmmm... *frowns* like apples more than chocolate.

I realise that it very lame, but I can't think of anything more decent. Nor can I think of a question I'd like to ask you, but I'll get back to you on that if I think of one.

Hey, it's something about you and it's good to know! :) Any particular apply or chocolate preferences? How about chocolate covered apples? :P

My favorite color would probably be black - in clothes, it can go with anything, and in life, it reminds me of mystique and the night sky (I'm a bit of a space geek - I even went to space camp as a kid).

I quite like braeburn (although, I think I've mispelt that). I prefer green apples to red apples. I don't like chocolate apples very much... Now, toffee apples on the other hand... ^_^ but only if the toffee is still melted, otherwise they're too tough. XD

I'm not really a fan of chocolate; I'll have a few pieces of it and then it's too sickly. With the exception of those shell chocolates *drools* but I'm not allowed to have them very often.:(
I particually dislike dark chocolate because its too rich.

I wanted to join an astronomy club, in year 6, at the height of my space craze but I would have had to have gone to that school and I went to a different 'better' school which because it had superior grades wasn't given extra money for any space-y things.

Never got very far with that. :(

But, I'm waffling about myself, and it's a bad habbit I could really do with losing. *sigh*

That's quite a nice reason for liking black. XD
Rather than the usual woe be the evil world tripe I usually hear. :)

Dude, I love languages! I follow linguaphiles like crazy...and, of course, Anyael (which has actually changed a lot from what I've posted so far - I just have to finalize a lot of stuff before I add/change things online)! :) Lucky you, getting to travel a lot. I hope to be able to, myself.

Hya, seasonal greetings :D

Hmm...I am a chocoholic Scottish woman who has an obsession with my new laptop. I call it Merlin and yeah...um I sound creepy. hee
No seriously...yeah the above bout sums me up and my life which revolves around my laptop.
I am 28 and fearing my thirtieth and warding it off with crosses and such. Going to Kings of Leon concert next June at Hyde park. Yay. Huge fan of that band.

Hmm...I have a lot of favorite bands, and mostly it depends on what mood I'm in. The one band with the most songs that can encompass the most of my moods would probably be My Chemical Romance, followed by a tie between Evanescence and Florence + The Machine. :) How about you?

Good choices...like all of those bands. My faves are Kings of Leon and rock like Led Zeppelin, A.C. D.C. Anything which gets me moving and unfortunately for my dignity it takes very little to get me up on the dance floor...pub floor...public place. Hope you had fab xmas and all the best for 2011

I certainly knew about the quotes and Pea, but I hadn't known about World of Warcraft! :D And we're all a little insane, that's why we love each other so much. ^+^

Hm...I think my best quality is my worst quality, actually, as the two feed off of each other - my imagination/creativity. The good side, I always have lots of ideas, fresh perspectives, new ways to look at things, and new ideas. On the bad side, it makes my unfocused and unconcentrated, and I never start what I finish. How about you?

I think I'm a little bit the same, being that my best quality is also my worst. I have great empathy, but that also means that I'm totally naïve and often let myself be trampled on, because I take the emotions of others more seriously than my own.

I'm working on that, though. ;o)

Political Science, definitely, and I might double major with Law, as well, and a minor in Economics if possible. And I'm probably going to take a few courses in psychology if I can. I'm going to have one hell of a packed schedule...How about you? Any plans?

I'm that kind of nutcase that doesn't exactly like pressure but can't actually function without it like Arthur so yeah, busy class schedule for me, it is - and all of that is before we get to my involvement with the Gay-Straight Alliance and the Human Rights Watch: Student Task Force. :P

The Northeast is a lot more liberal than where you live now, so it sounds like a win-win situation for you. :D

Hey! I found you through your Merlin fics (which are awesome). What should you know about me...hmmmm....

Well I try write my own fics, but I never follow through with them. I hate it, but I know it's gonna happen! That is also how I am about lj. I want to be a larger part of the community and find real online friends because I think I could be a great friend, but I never stick with it long enough.

OK, some fun things to know about me is I am a nerdfighter and my first love was Buffy the Vampire Slayer. My current love is Doctor Who (I have every episode except for the missing ones on my computer - sometimes I love my brother).
I guess my question for you is what was your first love that showed you what a fandom and what a community is?
