*flails* so i realized that while ive read this like 3487835 time and made all my fandom friends read it like 3487835 times, I HAVE NEVER COMMENTED BECAUSE I'M A TERRIBLE PERSON. so basically this fic made my brain explode. at first i was like "omg wait ew Anthony Stewart Head in a threesome?!" but now i ship it like nobody's business. and i adore the Nimueh/Igraine relationship you captured, it really explains so so so so much about the legend, this whole fic does. it gave me this giant epiphany (that's probably really obvious to the rest of the fandom because i just work like that) that Arthur/Merlin/Morgana/Gwen is just the whole cycle repeating itself. Arthur is the blind king, Merlin is his loyal-to-a-fault right-hand man, Morgana is the destroyer that meant any harm and Gwen is the perfect queen who wasn't. That little idea was like WHOAWAITWHATBOOOOOM. This was such an awesome fic.
