Knight's Tale Merlin would be great, except I can imagine Arthur and Merlin as Will and neither as Jocelyn, so it'd either have to be non-slash (O.O) or just not that loyal. That said, either of them as Chaucer would be pretty wow. And Gwen as the blacksmith!

Maybe they're better because galloping needs a bit more skill/control? And yeah, jousting's usually/always painful, but if you're not that great with horses anyway, filming it could be a bit...ow.
