The Little Match Girl has always been my favourite fairytale. My brother used to read it to me when I was a little girl. I adore the way you mixed in memories of Camelot in the flames.
The Little Match Girl lost its ability to make me cry more than a single tear years ago, but since the loss of my brother last year, this story ripped my heart open and had me openly weeping.
This rendition was absolutely beautiful and measured up in every way to the original story... and that's saying a lot.
