I love the Arthur/Merlin interaction in this series too. They're so adorkable.

Regarding Morgana and Gwen, she gave Gwen the present to distract her from the mirror, because she knew it was from Morgause. Gwen said it was from King Gorlois. Gorlois was Morgana and Morgause's father (in this version, anyway). I'm sort of surprised Gwen doesn't know what Morgana's father was called...
