I saw this, or something like this, as the obvious route, too, hence why I took it. :) I'm glad you think so, too. While I also doubt the show would go anywhere near this route, I do hope there is some of Merlin dealing with the S2 events (though considering their "RESET" tendencies, I rather doubt it).
