GAH. You have such a gift for constructing that fine balance between logical needs and desire...you just, the way you structured that scene blew my mind.

There's something so powerful about using sex or physical release as a means of control; there's so much mental play that goes into subjugation and dubious consent that I find it hard to strike that perfect balance.

Your Lord Cain is everything I attempted to create with Brom in my story, lol, and now I feel like I was wildly off the mark. I also love the amount of richness the small things like the creation of certain magic words give the story - it firmly cements it in Merlin's POV.
