Merlin's become a really complicated character over the course of season 2, and I adored using that in here. As for comfort - well, this is a 12-part fic, that's all I'mna say. >:)
And I'm glad forced!top!Merlin went over well - I've been getting really annoyed at the male/female model being used for the boys so much that I decided to do my own little twist just to mess that up.
